Myth: Intercourse burns off major calories
Truth: Specialists estimate half an hour of intercourse burns off 85 to 150 calories. Theoretically, you will need to burn off about 3,500 calories to reduce a lb of weight, when you had sex 35 times if you were using up 100 calories every time you had sex, you could lose one pound. The thing is this: many people are perhaps perhaps maybe not sex for half an hour. Rather, the normal length of sex is nearer to five full minutes.
